**Please note, this is a rural property on a country highway.  Each Auction will be kept at a reasonable lot offering to facilitate logistics for pick up.  Additional details for pick up will come available prior to Auction Close.  We will be scheduling larger furniture pick ups for early Sunday morning.  Shipping will be offered on various items of the sale.  Shipping is at buyer's expense and usually takes 7-10 days to process.  Due to fragility of some items, additional packing charges will apply.  Shipping details and terms/conditions will be included on invoices.

Pickup will be in Hambden (Geauga County), Ohio. Address and instructions for pickup will be given on the invoice On SATURDAY Night **Pickup will be SUNDAY, April 14th, 2024, from 1:00-4:00

This will be a one-time pickup. Items not picked up at this time and location will be considered forfeited and disposal fees will be charged to the card on file. Please review the 'Terms & Conditions' section on this site to familiarize yourself with all aspects of the bidding process and pick up procedures.  We do not make reminder calls and your invoices can be obtained from your "My Account" Section of the site as well. Credit cards under $10.00 will assessed additional convenience fees.
