We enter our client's lives during very vulnerable situations. At times, a full Auction is not possible, and it's our responsibility to find a layered solution to offset the costs of a clean out and to remove the emotional and financial burden for our clients. Little Mountain Road has been the lifetime home of this family. Their Mother vowed to never have her children or grandchildren go without necessities. We've selected sellable items to offer to help offset the monumental task of clearing the home. This will be a quick auction with a one day pick up, no shipping, no alternative pick ups. Offering a large collection of Fiestaware, Antiques, Vintage offerings, costume jewelry, furnishings, decor, collectibles, Pyrex, Fire King, Ransbottom and more. Sports Cards, Holiday, even a vinyl pool liner!!! Please consider participating in the Auction if you are in need of any of the items we have listed. We know the family would certainly appreciate your generous spirit!
Pickup will be in Mentor , OH. Address and instructions for pickup will be given on the invoice after auction close. Pickup will be Saturday, October 28th from 12-2:30pm.
This will be a one-time pickup. Items not picked up at this time and location will be considered forfeited and disposal fees will be charged to the card on file. We do not make reminder calls and your invoices can be obtained from your "My Account" Section of the site as well. Credit cards under $10.00 will assessed additional convenience fees. Items that are considered abandoned will now be assessed Disposal fees. Small items will be charged $10 per item. Small furniture starts at $25 per item. Larger Furniture starts at $50 per item and can go up to $100. Pianos, organs, sleeper sofas, appliances will range from $200-400.
Pick ups end promptly at time posted.
