We are offering the contents of a lovely Shaker Heights Condominium this week. In this collection you will find a mix of decor from farmhouse to Asian to traditional. Our clients taste was very eclectic yet practical. From Meissen China to Asian Ceramics, Signed art, Farmhouse dining chairs, Eastlake Furniture, contemporary furniture and so much more. We have a great mix of something for everyone. Please keep in mind this is a condo building and we have a scheduled move out time which is the pickup date so if you can't make it please don't bid on the sale. We will be meeting you at the doors and sending people up one at a time. This is a fourth floor unit with a service elevator and you will be responsible for moving your own items.
Pickup will be in Shaker Heights, Ohio. Address and instructions for pickup will be given on the invoice. Invoices will be sent the night prior to pick up. **Pickup will be Tuesday November 14th, 2023 from 2-6pm. This will be a one time pickups it is in a condo building. You will be responsible for moving your own items, we will not have movers on site. There is a service elevator to move in. Items not picked up at this time and location will be considered forfeited and disposal fees will be charged to the card on file. We do not make reminder calls and your invoices can be obtained from your "My Account" Section of the site as well. Credit cards under $10.00 will assessed additional convenience fees.
