Description

This is a Bicentennial plate, clear glass that says "United State of America" on the top, and "1776 Bicentennial 1976" on the bottom. In the middle is a Bald Eagle. The two soaps that come with it have George and Martha Washington's faces on them, respectively. The scent is a "Special Occasion" one, that I don't ever think Avon used again. 

The tray measures 9" x 6.5", and soaps are 3" high and protected by the original packaging. These are new in the original packaging.
